I am Dario Romano, Painter, Sculptor and Decorator, Ordinary Member of the Society for Fine Arts and Permanent Exhibition.
I was born in Brescia on 03/08/1962. I live and work in Flero (BS). As early as the age of twelve, I attended painting lessons under the guidance of Maestro Serafino Zanella. I obtained my diploma as Master of Art in pictorial arts at the Art Institute 'Il Savoldo' in Brescia, I then attended private sculpture courses by the artist Giuseppe Bergomi and artistic ceramics by the artist Fausto Salvi.
After gaining experience in a company that designs and creates artistic decorations, I joined a leading company in Italy, located in the province of Pesaro-Urbino, in the creation of theatre sets as head of the artistic workshop in the role of stage painter and sculptor, personally taking care of finishing and perfecting the works in national theatres and others such as the Concordia Theatre of Monte Castello di Vibio (PG) the world's smallest theatre, the San Carlo of Naples and the Theatre of the Principality of Monaco.
Since 2002, I have been a teacher at the annual drawing and painting arts course 'Accademia dei Nove' organised by the Cultural Association Amici dell'Arte e del Paesaggio in Rezzato, attended by art enthusiasts and artists trained in deepening their congenial painting technique. Since 2018, I have been organising the same type of course at the Don Orione Institute in Botticino (BS).
